The problem

Distinctive companies. Interchangeable content.

When B2B content all sounds the same, it isn’t because companies lack smart people or interesting ideas. It’s because, somewhere between the expert and the published page, a specific insight gets sanded down into a familiar industry statement.

By the time it’s live, it could have come from any of your competitors. My job is to keep the first version alive, and make it readable.

The bar shows how specific the message still is

  1. 01 The expert interview

“Clinicians aren’t short of data. They’re drowning in it. What they lack is a way to act on it in time.”

High: only you could say this
  2. 02 After three rounds of review

“Healthcare providers face challenges in using their data effectively.”

Fading: could be any healthcare company
  3. 03 What got published

“In today’s rapidly evolving landscape, data is key to driving outcomes.”

    Gone: could be anyone
Each round of review takes out one specific detail. By the end, nothing is left that only you could say.

How I help

Four ways to work together.

Brand, communications and content usually sit with different people and different briefs. I bring them under one story, so what your leaders say in public, what your website promises and what your team publishes all point the same way.

The difference I make

I start where the problem starts: with your expert’s own words. That insight becomes a clear position, and the same position carries through every channel, from press interviews to your website to the next post on LinkedIn.

The bar shows how specific the message still is

  1. 01 The expert interview

“Clinicians aren’t short of data. They’re drowning in it. What they lack is a way to act on it in time.”

High: only you could say this
  2. 02 Shaped into a point of view

“Care teams don’t need more data. They need it in time to act.”

    High: still unmistakably yours
  3. 03 Carried everywhere
    • Press interviews
    • Website
    • LinkedIn & social
    • Whitepapers
    • Internal comms
    High: the same idea, everywhere
With the right process, the specific idea survives every step and sounds the same everywhere it appears.

Strategy without writing sits in a drawer. Writing without strategy is just copy.

That’s why I do both. I set the direction, then I write.

How I work

Part of your team, for as long as you need me.

I work alongside your leaders, your marketing team and your agencies. You keep the story, and the thinking stays with your team.

  1. 01

    Listen

A conversation with you, then with your experts and, where possible, your customers. I want the version of the story you tell over coffee, not the one in the deck.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Where does your insight get sanded down into something generic? I audit your content, your communications and your competitors, and name the gap plainly.

  3. 03

    Shape the story

One clear narrative, a voice to carry it and a plan for where it needs to show up. You approve the direction before any long-form writing starts.

  4. 04

    Ship & enable

I write, edit and publish alongside your team, and leave behind guidelines, templates and a way of working you can keep using without me.

About

Hi, I’m Haveesha.

I’ve spent 12+ years helping companies say what they mean. This has taken me from in-house roles in marketing, PR and communications to independent work with teams in India, the US and beyond, including ongoing communications consulting for ABB India.

I’m most useful where the expertise is deep and the story hasn’t caught up: healthcare technology, industrial engineering, AI and data, and founders whose influence inside the company is undeniable but invisible outside it. Quiet leadership has its place. Invisible leadership is a missed opportunity.
