Reveal HealthTech
Building a marketing function, then a point of view
From a website built from scratch to a steady stream of thought leadership, I set up and ran content marketing for a healthcare AI and engineering firm as it grew into Life Sciences.

The situation
Reveal HealthTech brings clinical perspective and engineering excellence together to build healthcare products and data platforms. Their people know an enormous amount about interoperability, data pipelines and AI in regulated environments.
When I started working with them in 2023, there was no website to speak of and no marketing function to carry that expertise to buyers.
What I did
Built the website from scratch. Site structure and copy for the homepage, about, services and careers pages, built around the customer’s problem rather than the org chart.
Set up the marketing function. Seven buyer personas, from the CIO of a small hospital to a Head of Procurement, with the tone and formats each one responds to. A competitor review showed where everyone else sounded the same and where Reveal could sound different. All of it went into a 34-page writing guide the whole team could use.
Kept the site current. A steady pipeline of articles so the website stayed relevant and up to date. Fourteen long-form articles developed from different angles, including:
- Why AI projects stall between proof of concept and enterprise adoption
- Why healthcare has digitised the record but not the workflow
- Designing data pipelines that actually enable care coordination
- Architecting data for outcome-aligned payment models
Followed the business into Life Sciences. As Reveal moved beyond healthcare and began working with Life Sciences customers, I supported them with content strategy and creation, guiding regular planning, copywriting and thought leadership. That included articles such as Why Life Sciences needs faster decisions, not more data and a detailed whitepaper for their Head of Life Sciences on moving from reactive commercial models to proactive growth engines.
Took it to a wider audience. Customer case studies in long-form and slider formats for sales and social, and a bylined feature on anticipatory care published in Healthcare IT News.
Why it worked
Every piece argued the same thing from a different angle. That consistency is what turns content into a reputation: a buyer who reads two or three pieces comes away knowing what the company believes, not just what it does.

She demonstrated a broad understanding of marketing, helped develop a robust content and website strategy, and initiated several brand-building activities. I recommend Haveesha to anyone looking for support in their marketing function.”
